We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join us and provide support to all areas of our business and the client servicing function. As an administrator at our company, you will provide support in many areas covering financial advisory, new business, provider liaison, maintaining systems and ensuring we continue to meet high compliance standards. The key areas of responsibility are:
Client Administration
- Ensuring all administrative components meet our high standards.
- Opening and maintaining client files on our back-office systems.
- Preparing client documentation.
- Monitoring cases through to completion.
- Producing portfolio valuations.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and third parties.
Client Reviews
- Working closely with the client managers to prepare for review meetings and agree on action points.
Other
- Keep up to date with legislation and compliance regulations and ensure procedures are being followed.
- Review systems and procedures and make sure we are up to date.
- Assist with training and help out where required.
Essential Skills
- At least two years financial planning administration experience.
- Progress in a financial planning qualification is highly desirable.
- Good IT skills and experience with diary management software.
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal), able to build trust and confidence with colleagues.
- Possess a positive attitude, be proactive, willing to help others and work without supervision.
- Have clear attention to detail, able to work within defined business processes and be able to plan your day and prioritise your workload.
